Georgia Land Development

Georgia Land Development is a division of The Meridian Real Estate Group that is focused on land development and redevelopment projects. We identify land development and redevelopment opportunities and match them with the most capable development teams to facilitate building sustainable and economically thriving communities where people want to live, work, and play. We are located in Marietta and serve all of Georgia.

We specialize in land assemblage and have a track record of successful transactions leading to large scale development and redevelopment projects. We serve both developers in finding the right location for their next project and property owners in finding a buyer for their property.   

We work with local governments to determine the land development and redevelopment needs of the community and conduct property and market research to idenitfy potential development opportunities. We then use our large network of developers and commercial lenders to serve as a catalyst to achieving these development needs.
